A decade later she retired from the investment business and joined a Seattle based staffing firm where serving as the Marketing Director, she nominated her company and won a 1993 Entrepreneur of the Year award as well as a Mayor's Small Business award. Since 1996, Heidi has owned and operated her own marketing & advertising agency, Creative Connections NW, where she works with a large cadre of Seattle's veteran marketing professionals. Bruce's background in construction and electrical contracting dates back to 1970. In 1982, Bruce retired from his position as Western U.S. Vice President of Anixter Brothers Corporation, a manufacturer and wholesaler of electrical products. He took a sabbatical and spent a year as a professional fishing guide, flying clients into Alaska's remote rivers. Bruce started his real estate career in 1983 with Wallace & Wheeler, joining Coldwell Banker Bain in 1990 and eventually settling at Windermere since 2004.
